1. Warranty Scope & Coverage
Container Integrity:
Transi Core Container guarantees that upon delivery, your shipping container will be completely devoid of any material structural integrity issues and craftsmanship defects, ensuring a wind and watertight secure environment.
Customized Additions:
We stand by the absolute excellence of our professional customization services. This comprehensive coverage spans all yard-applied enhancements, including thermal insulation, interior flooring, electrical installations, structural partitions, and custom industrial modifications.
2. Duration of Warranty
Purchases and Leases of Containers:
A 12-month limited warranty is applicable to both new (one-trip) and certified-used containers acquired directly from Transi Core Container, commencing strictly from the official on-site delivery date.
Customization Work:
All specialized fabrication and modification work is protected under a limited warranty for a period of 6 months, commencing from the date the modification work is fully completed in our yard.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
This limited warranty strictly does not encompass or cover the following scenarios:
- Ordinary Wear and Deterioration: Common surface wear, minor cosmetic dents, paint fading, and superficial rust associated with standard container usage and environmental exposure.
- Mismanagement or Neglect: Any structural damage resulting from equipment mismanagement, site neglect, lack of proper hinge/door maintenance, overloading, or unauthorized third-party alterations.
- Environmental Damages: Structural damage incurred due to natural disasters, severe local weather anomalies, floods, lightning strikes, or other unpredictable acts of nature.
4. Process for Warranty Claims
In the event that you suspect your container or custom modification work possesses a structural defect or quality issue covered under our terms, kindly proceed exactly as follows:
- Initiate Contact: Promptly get in touch with our Customer Support team to report the issue at info@transicorecontainer.com. Please be prepared to provide comprehensive details about the issue, your original invoice number, and high-resolution photos of the area of concern.
- Evaluation: Our dedicated engineering and yard logistics team will thoroughly evaluate the reported technical issue to ascertain whether it falls within the precise bounds of our active warranty policy.
- Resolution Strategy: Should the structural issue be verified and deemed as covered under the warranty guidelines, we will collaborate with you to execute an appropriate resolution. This remedy could range from repairing the container on-site, replacing the unit entirely (subject to yard inventory), or providing a partial/full refund, all subject to our final professional discretion.
