Shipping Policy

Effective Date: May 3, 2026

At Transi Core Container, we are committed to providing reliable, timely, and transparent shipping for all our container products. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how deliveries are handled and what to expect after placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been fully received, our operations team begins processing your dispatch promptly. This structural workflow includes a comprehensive container inspection, scheduling yard logistics, and coordinating transport windows with our professional haulage partners.

Customers will be contacted immediately if additional information or site verification is required to ensure a smooth, risk-free delivery.

2. Shipping Costs & Fees

We currently offer a straightforward flat-rate shipping model on all standard container orders to eliminate unexpected pricing spikes.

💰 Flat-Rate Delivery Fee: $550 per order

This fee is fixed and guaranteed not to increase based on:

  • Transit distance or regional delivery location within our coverage zones.
  • Container size (10ft, 20ft, or 40ft) or structural unit type.
  • Total gross order value.

Note: There are absolutely no hidden administrative fees, terminal handling charges, or sudden fuel surcharges. All shipping costs are clearly displayed prior to checkout.

3. Shipping Timeframe

Transi Core Container offers direct delivery within the United States with an estimated standard delivery window of:

5–7 business days from the date of final order confirmation.

Our logistics team will contact you directly prior to the delivery date to:

  • Confirm final scheduling and arrival windows.
  • Coordinate heavy vehicle site access.
  • Arrange precise placement of the container on your foundation.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on real-time container availability, extreme weather conditions, or restricted site accessibility. Business days strictly exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Delivery Method & Customer Responsibilities

Containers are typically transported and deployed using heavy-duty tilt-bed or flatbed trucks. The specific delivery method depends entirely on container length, weight, and local site conditions.

Essential Customer Responsibilities:

  • Truck Access: Ensure the delivery site path is fully accessible for large, extended commercial trucks.
  • Foundation: Provide a completely level, firm surface (concrete, gravel pads, or solid ground) for container placement.
  • Clearance: Clear all obstacles prior to truck arrival (including low-hanging overhead wires, tree branches, tight turns, or ground obstructions).
  • Receiving: Be present on-site or designate an authorized representative at the scheduled time of delivery.

Failure to meet these explicit site and clearance requirements may result in delivery delays, aborted offloading, or additional secondary transport fees.

5. Inspection, Condition & Access Constraints

All units undergo strict grading inspections prior to dispatch and are delivered in the exact condition described at the time of purchase. High-resolution photos and detailed structural specifications remain available upon request before your order leaves our yard.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm that the delivery location complies with local municipal regulations, homeowners’ association (HOA) rules, or county zoning requirements. Remote, restricted, or hard-to-access geographic locations requiring specialized equipment will be evaluated before order confirmation.

6. Delays, Exceptions & Damaged Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver within our standard 5-7 business day window, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather hazards, DOT road closures, or unforeseen logistical chain bottlenecks. We promise to communicate updates as soon as they become available.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries: If your container arrives with an incorrect specification or unverified transit damage, please notify the delivery driver immediately before they leave the site and contact us within 7 calendar days at info@transicorecontainer.com with detailed photographic evidence.

7. Policy Updates

Transi Core Container reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time to adapt to changing logistics regulations or commercial terms. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
