At Transi Core Container, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. By purchasing from Transi Core Container, you agree to the policy outlined below.
1. General Policy Overview
Due to the nature of shipping containers as large, industrial, and heavy freight equipment, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. However, we do offer returns and refunds under specific conditions as detailed in this policy.
Customers are highly encouraged to carefully review product specifications, container grading/conditions, and site delivery requirements prior to purchase. Our specialist team remains available to answer any structural or logistical questions before an order is placed.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, strictly subject to the following structural conditions:
- The container must be returned in the exact same physical condition as it was originally delivered.
- The container must not have been modified, altered, welded, or damaged after delivery.
- The container must be completely empty, unobstructed, and fully accessible for truck pickup.
- Official proof of purchase is strictly required for all return requests.
Customized & Modified Units: Customized or modified containers—including, but not limited to, units with added doors, windows, electrical systems, insulation, or custom paint—are strictly non-returnable, unless the unit is verified to have arrived damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are completely excluded from eligibility for return:
- Modified, customized, or built-to-order containers.
- Containers explicitly sold under “as-is” or clearance terms.
- Containers damaged due to buyer misuse, improper site relocation, or inadequate foundation/site preparation.
- Any return requested outside of the standard 30-day return window.
4. Return Process
To formally initiate a return request, customers must contact our support desk at:

Please ensure your request includes the following essential details:
- Original order number
- Comprehensive description of the issue
- Clear photos or video documentation
- Exact delivery date
Note: All returns must be approved in writing by Transi Core Container before any pickup, transport, or yard shipment is scheduled. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at the gate.
5. Return Shipping & Fees
- Logistics Costs: Customers are fully responsible for all return transportation costs, including pickup, specialized shipping, and yard handling fees.
- Initial Fees: Original delivery fees and logistical dispatch costs are completely non-refundable.
- Transit Liability: Any physical damage or structural distortion incurred during return transportation may result in deductions from the final refund or total denial of the request.
6. Refund Issuance
Once a returned container is received at our designated yard and undergoes a full inspection, refunds will be approved if the unit meets all baseline eligibility requirements.
- Approved refunds will be processed and issued exclusively to the original payment method.
- Refund processing takes between 14 to 21 business days following inspection and administrative approval.
- Actual processing times on your statement may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.
7. Damaged or Defective Containers
If a container arrives with material structural defects or transit damage, customers must notify Transi Core Container within 7 calendar days of delivery.
👉 7-Day Inspection Window: Once your container is dropped on-site, you have 7 calendar days to inspect it and report any issues that materially affect its structural integrity, wind/watertight status, or door operation.
To report an issue, please email info@transicorecontainer.com with:
- Your order number and delivery date.
- High-resolution photos or video clearly showing the specific area of concern.
If the defect or structural damage is verified by our yard specialists, we will arrange for a replacement container (subject to availability) or issue a refund at no additional cost. Any reports made after the 7-day window will void eligibility for a free replacement or damage review.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to delivery only if the container has not yet been loaded and dispatched from our distribution yard. Once a container is in active transit or has been delivered on-site, cancellation is no longer possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@transicorecontainer.com.

This policy is governed by applicable federal laws of the United States. Transi Core Container reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always remain accessible on our website.
